Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Plufo reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, Plufo may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Website. In such an event Plufo reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments to Plufo.

By using the Plufo services, you are expressly agreeing that we are permitted to invoice you the relevant fees (installments) in advance, for your use of the Plufo services. The installments are calculated based on the expected of number of sessions for a period (usually one month or multiple months) as per your chosen plan. You can pay to recharge the subscription using the Plufo account for each installment or setup a periodic payment standing instruction. You may be allowed to make payments to multiple periods in advance subject to certain maximum limits. 

While availing any of the payment methods available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

1.   Lack of authorization for any transactions, or
2.   Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank's", or
3.   Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
4.   Decline of transaction for any other reasons

User shall comply with all the applicable laws (including without limitation Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules made and notifications issued there under and the Exchange Control Manual as may be issued by Reserve Bank of India from time to time, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made thereunder, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under, Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under, Export Import Policy of government of India) applicable to them respectively for using Payment Facility and Plufo Website.

Close to the end of the academic year/ end of March, you can use the remaining credits if any, to take up additional sessions / exam preparation in the current academic year or convert the credits to request new subscription for the next academic year.

You may cancel your subscription to Plufo at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. To cancel, you may call our Customer Care at between the hours of 10 am IST and 8 pm IST, 5 days a week starting Monday to Friday. Plufo reserves the right to terminate your account for any or no reason.

Refunds are applicable only on our 10-month packages. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request Refunds are done after deducting the value of consumed hours on pro-rata basis. Consumed hours also include the sessions scheduled till the end of calendar month in which the refund request was raised.

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the user will be processed within 7 working days after intimation by the user.

Request on Time Change/ Teacher Change/ Course Change will not be entertained once the session has commenced.

Request on Time Change/ Course Change will be done only once and will be chargeable at Rs.500 for every request thereon.

In the absence of the teacher, we will revert with the substitution details, if the substitution is not arranged the respective class will be rescheduled.
